Ron, If WLM is anything like Windows Mail or OE, then look for the view menu, and perhaps a separate menu for "sort by". Change Descending to Ascending. Otherwise, you may be able to reverse by using your JAWS cursor and the left mouse click to tap on the column heading for the received date.
