Well, it must have been a message from windows defender. I simply just smacked enter or you probably could smack the spacebar on the message and it did it's thing. Then after it was completed I rana thorough scan and nothing else was found on my PC. Hope that answers your questions.

Thank you for suggesting I look into columns view. This did fix the order much better. But what happens is when opening a new message all the form fields say rich edit control instead of saying the to, CC and subject fields for composition of an email. I didn't know if this could be erased
