Hi,
I just downloaded CCleaner and found that my home page has been changed to
Google Chrome. I've tried every trick I know and, believe me that's really
not too many, but I just can't get rid of this new home page which I
definitely don't want. I even uninstalled CCleaner hoping this would
Hi.
Yes it seems the list is having a bouncing problem lately. For now, I am
receiving the messages ok, I think.

I haven't got any idea, except to have my signature digitally scanned or

Hi Jo,
When installing CCleaner, it has a nasty habit of installing Chrome along
with it unless you know what to look for & uncheck the box so it won't. So,
if you're running Windows 7 open the control panel, press the letter, P,
until you have Programs & Features highlighted, press enter to
Ok, first alt plus t for the tools menu.
then o for options
Your start pages are now available to edit or add. I have several pages

Hi Joe,
Just press alt + T and arrow up once to options and press enter. Tab once
and delete all URLs that are in there now. Then, just type in the URL you
want IE to open to. Then, tab to okay and press enter, and you are done.
Have a great one.

My name is david Hoppman. I was wondering if anyone knows where to get the
Jaws Field scripts for the strat-o-matic baseball game. I know the person
gary Whittington who writes the scripts, but can't seem to get a hold of him
to get the latest scripts he did for the game. Any help would be much
Hi, and thanks to all who came to my rescue. The problem was that I
completely lost IE and Google Chrome wouldn't budge. I tried many
suggestions given here, but I guess I just don't know how to use Google
Chrome. Finally, I did what Mike suggested, went to the control panel and
deleted it

Yes, I'm corrected, in the NumPadSlash and not NumPadMinus being a component
of the drag-and-drop. However, this control + JAWSKey + NumPadMinus does a
slightly different thing than routing JAWS to PC. Still, while it may be of
some value with sighted company on Web pages - it isn't so valuable
Hi Jo,
Are you saying you totally lost IE11? Or, after you removed Chrome is IE11
now available?
Take care.

Hello,
I have not heard of this happening before. Have you made any significant
changes to the JAWS settings for Word? If not, it might be worthwhile removing
the word.jcf file from your "My settings" area of JAWS and seeing if that
fixes things.
Best wishes,
Jonathan Cohn

Joe, can you check system restore to see if there is a restore point right
before you installed the cleaner? I always create a restore point before I
install anything. It makes it easy if something goes wrong.
