Hi Kevin, If you're hearing that Vipre has just started a scan, that is because you installed it & forgot about it! Well, I like to have a little more knowledge & control about what Vipre might find as Malware or whatever else, & I don't want little programs quarantined / removed that I use

Imost settings are default, setting up a schredule scan not sure I don't use it. I think vipre sets one up for you, because every now and then jaws will announce vipre has started a scan, we're just letting you know vipre is protecting you! so you really don't need to change settings, I just
