[JAWS-Users] Jaws speaking question

I am running Jaws 14 on a Windows 8.1 laptop. When I do anything with Jaws, the program will stop talking for a few minutes. Is there a way to resolve this problem? It happens at the worst possible times. I have shut Jaws down and restarted it. It still has lags in speech. Thanks! --

Hello gang. Google and Outlook 2010 help both tell me to go to the File tab, then info tab then account settings and then delegate access. I can go to the info tab and activate it using the tab key but beyond that I just can't find the way to 'delegate Access' so I may add someone in my company
