Hi Miriam, It depends on how you install the updates. I believe if you just click on the install update when Jaws pops that up on your screen it will not get rid of the Jaws hotkey. But if you go to the Jaws website and get the latest Jaws version from the site and install it it will get rid of

Hi Adrian, To find the Normal.dotm, find it as David suggested, but to edit the Normal.dotm don't just open it, use the context menu. With the, Normal.dotm, highlighted press the application key or, Shift + F10, to open the context menu, arrow down to, Open, & press enter. Now you can edit
