One thing I discovered is that if you first copy the OCR results to Notepad and then to a Word document, JAWS Convenient OCR does remarkably well. I notice that if I don't take this first step, the result copies as a series of tables. Notepad strips out all such format markers. -Original

Jerry, I can't tell from your original post if you tried the conversion from a PDF file. Assuming you started with a PDF file, just open the file. JAWS may or may not be able to read all, part or none of it. Either way, stop JAWS from speaking with the control key, then initiate the OCR
