For the most part, I have no problem with Amazon, but in the last week, I've
been unable to check a check box for one time purchases. I'm using the latest
JAWs, IE and Windows 7. Yesterday, for the first time, I was unable to
activate an add to cart button for an item I wished to purchase.
Using the latest version of JAWS 2018 Outlook 2016 on a Windows 7 computer,
where do I find message rules? I created a rule, but now need to modify or
eliminate it and start over. However, I can't find where in the riboons to
access my pre-existing rule. Any help will be greatly appreciated?
I went to the Utilities menu and did a "migrate" and brought the settings from
an earlier version of JAWS into my current verision and build and now JAWS is
behaving itself. Thanks for the suggestions.

well. However, we're switching over to lexis/nexis and I want to make sure
that it will work with JAWs.
I am using JAWS 11, but can upgrade
H. I've never heard of being able to have two In Boxes. I would suggest
creating a new folder for either your email or the work email and then creating
a rule to sort the incoming messages.
I'm not sure if you can create separate accounts in Outlook 2003 as you can in
Outlook Express.
You might call FS. I recently did a whole system re-install and it changed the
locking code for my version of Jaws. They changed it while I was on the phone
and giving it a couple of minutes to work through the system, it activated for
me.

I haven't loaded Jaws 12 yet, but the volume command still worked in Jaws 11.
Perhaps you need to remap the keyboard short cut to something else?

It should be according to other posts I've read. Remember that you'll need a
tuner or tv capture card.

You might consider mp3 Direct Cut. It has the advantage of not converting
between .wav and .mp3 and works on the file in the native mp3 format.
I believe you can get it on the Jaws-users.com page and even a tutorial.

Here's something else to try for the my required ikons. This works in XP but I
don't know about other versions. Windows stores your program and ikonsin one
of two desktop files in either All Users or the your name user file in the
Document and Settings folder. You can cut and paste the files
