When I was using 64 bit Windows 7 I ended up going to CDex, simply
because it's simpler. However, I also quite like iTunes' capability of
ripping CD's. They call it importing, but it's the same thing.

I can only tab to the slider and adjust it from 100, 66, 33, and 0. 100
is fully on, 66 is on but only for programs that are not built into
Windows, 33 is the same except the desktop isn't dimmed and thus other
processes can still run, and 0 is fully off.

1. Open Skype.
2. Alt t for tools.
3. O for options.
4. Down arrow to alerts.
5. Uncheck everything that's on there by tabbing around and pressing
space where appropriate.
6. Tab to save button and activate.
