I don't wish to reveal too much, but i did hear on the JAWS 11 FSCast
that JAWS 12 is going to have a utility where we can use layered mode
and define what keys we want to use it with, something like that. But we
will have to wait and see.

With JAWS 11 I just selected the SAPI5 profile, tab to the voice volume
slider, move it to 100%, saved the profile by activating the save as
button, and that's it. It does ask if you want to make it the default
but that's personal choice.

David, Outlook 2007 requires the Outlook Connector before you can use
hotmail with it. For some reason Outlook doesn't support Hotmail via
Pop/SMTP. Google for Outlook Connector. Hope this helps.
