I just tried using the Amazon research feature using the latest update of
Jaws 17 and it worked for me. The five choices showed up and when I clicked
on one it went to the appropriate Amazon site for that item albeit a little
sluggishly.

I want to install windows 10 on a windows 7 computer currently running Jaws
16 latest. Should I install Jaws 17 on that computer before upgrading to
windows 10?

Greg,
Working again today, so it was indeed a temporary change in the Amazon.com
API.

takes me to the item on Amazon's web site. I too use the amazon web site
often as well but it's nice to have the research option especially when I am
in a hurry to get info on a particular product.

The Amaz

close the results viewer. Other choices such as weather and Wikipedia are
working fine. I have reported this to FS support via email and am awaiting
a response. Has anyone else experienced this problem today?
