I'm not sure this is what you're talking about but most documents I download from the web always come through in protected form. I route JAWS to PC cursor and arrow to where it says enable editing, and the route PC to JAWS and then switch to VC. There may be an easier way but this works for me.

Hi again... With this new laptop (ASUS) there are no separate page up/down keys. I was told to use the regular arrow keys. I’ve tried pairing them with other keys but can’t seem to get it to do anything other than the expected arrow maovement. This also includes the home and end keys Any ideas?
