Good morning, folks Brian Zolo here in Gahanna, Ohio. I just purchased a Logitech h540 headset and it's working fairly well but have two questions. 1. I've made the Logitech h540 headset the default sound device but when I go to bbc world service, the sound comes out my laptop speakers. The other issue I'm having concerns the microphone. Right now, I'm having to use the microphone the internal microphone on the laptop as when I've attempted to use the headset microphone, I'm just not ketting good microphone quality. We're having issues as we're in a hotel right now using Verizon mifi and we're just not getting good signal which is creating problems. Any suggestions on how to address these audio issues will be greatly appreciated. The audio quality for listening is great but the microphone seems to be the weak link in the headset.
