There is two reasons that I retired. One being my age and old enough to do
so. The second is that the job-site was becoming what you are dealing with.

The real mystery to me is why so many of us have been (apparently)
suffering in our separate silences!
There are commands to bring the two cursors together but as far as I can
tell while they do generally (if not always) relocate
by
production, so you are really in a hard place to be.

She hears what jaws said at the point I am. However, as she is using a mouse to
scroll around the screen to find the position I am at, jaws keeps reading all
this new stuff and it becomes very frustrating for her as well is me.

I have this check on my pc. So do you have to hit any key to get the
virtual cursor on. I know there is a jaws cursor and a pc cursor. So what
do you have it on to make the virtual cursor work? Maybe I am missing
something here.
