Both Windows Live Mail and the Win 7 Contacts both export in V card format.
You can import the files you have and then export as v card. But it seems
like Outlook would also have the ability to export in V card format. But I
have not used Outlook since version 2000.

Hello list,
So I want to import my business Outlook contact list directly into my
businesses webmail address book, but it appears that my hoast provider only
supports the vCard format. I can export the contacts list to a .csv file
easy enough through Outlook, but reading around, I guess I would need to
next use a program to do the conversion from the Excel/csv file to vCard.
Does anyone know or can anyone recommend an accessible vCard program that I
can use before I go poking around and randomly downloading this and that
program?
If it makes a difference at all, I'm using JFW 13
