Those do not need to load at startup.
Typically, the only programs that need to load
are ready to use it,
and close it when you are finished.

For fastest start up, you will want to
disabled.
By disabling one item at a time, you have a better chance of determining
what the cause is if you have unexpected results.

Just leave them unchecked. All they are are small entries that do nothing
as long as they are unchecked.
