I AM USING JAWS 16 WITH WINDOWS 7 ON AN HP ULTRABOOK AND THOUGH I HAVE IT SET
TO USE THE LAPTOP KEYBOARD, MY CAPS LOCK WILL NOT TURN OFF. I'VE NEVER HAD
THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. CAN SOMEONE HELP?

The first thing in these kinds of cases to me at least is reboot the system.
