Hi Vicki, I also have Windows 7 Pro and Nod32, and I had no difficulty
installing JAWS 2018. It was by far the fastest and easiest JAWS

I am unable to install JAWS 2018 on either computer. I am up to date on
everything.
I am using Windows 7 pro.
I am using Nod32 as my antivirus, but have never had a problem with that
before.
Any suggestions as to what to try?

Try putting the downloaded file on a CD, then installing it from there?

(I'm using Eset Smart security, and had no problem whatever in installing
JAWS2018 a few weeks ago.)
