Hi Don,
This is because by default Firefox doesn't display the neu bar on screen,
but you can simply press ALT or F10 and open the menu bar as any other, and
there go to the View menu. You can even press ALT+V to open this menu.

Hi I was reading an article that said that sometimes when an addon is added to
firefox that the addon doesn't show up in the menus or toolbar.
