Maria,
This kind of file doesn't have a Notification bar that I could find.
I'm not sure why this is so but it's happening a lot with newer downloadable
files.

I get the same notification when downloading from IE after pressing alt+n
you get the options of running whatever it is your downloading or press tab
to get a save split button. I always choose save.
