yes I did but still has not changed. Tonite I have a sighted friend coming to visit and will ask her exactly to describe what is going on on the screen. she does not know anything about jaws but maybe then I will do better describing what exactly is going on while jaws does this 'space'

hi all, whenever i reply to a mail, jaws will not do any reading at all. the only thing that works is jaws will spell out what i type but that's about it. I cannot quote from mails or mark text as i do not hear anything out of jaws anymore. also when i do try and write a mail, jaws will not take
