This method of simply hitting Delete, which I've seen posted twice now, does put whatever you delete in the Recycle Bin. To bypass the Recycle Bin one needs to hold down the Shift key, then press and release Delete, release the shift, then press and release Y for yes to the delete dialog.

The way I do it is find the link you want to delete in favorites. Hit your applications key and down arrow to delete. Hit enter. Then you will get a dialog box asking if you really want to delete that link.Wayne A merry heart does good like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.
