I recently switched from a Windows 7 computer to a new 8.1. I had a
distribution list on my other computer and when I tried using it on my new
one, it simply does not work. The name of the list shows up in my contact
list but I can read the names or contacts only by using the down arrow
disable preview mode

the sredder appears in the recycle bin and is used to delete files
permenantly from your computer.
when you send files to the recycle bin it is a secondary option to empty
recycle bin. this is from my experience with macafee shredder.

participated in a series of webinars that were pretty accessible with JAWS
