I'm using Jaws2018.

Forgive my ignorance, but are we talking about opening the drive door or
actually ejecting the drive itself? If it is about opening the CD drive
door, Alt-F and press j while on the drive.

If you do not want to do all that try:
JAWS Key + F11 and choose Speakers.

Currently, I have been having some issues with it and am looking for a change.
I am using JAWS 2018 and Windows 10 on a Dell laptop. Thanks.

Jerry,
More likely that the web site of those favorites has changed, or are
temporarily overloaded with traffic. Have you tried them after a reboot?

Morning all.
Using JAWS 2018, Windows 10 and IE 11.30, I noticed that some of my favorites
will not open when previously, they worked before. Could this be due to an
update to the Windows OS? Thanks.
