  I have in line auto complete turned on but I have noticed in Jaws 9 as I
  start typing a web address in the run dialog box, that jaws doesn’t
  automatically read the change in the text. But in Jaws 8 the text was
 read
  as it was changing. I would appreciate some feed back on this as I don’t
  have another system to try it on so I don’t know if it’s just the
 behavior
  of Jaws 9 or my system

  Thanks in advance

There will probably be a few broken links up on my server this afternoon until
my FTP connection resolves it's current issues. So in a nut shell everything
should turn out to be fine by this evening, just a heads up is all. A few files
need to be reuploaded and my connection isn't the greatest for uploading.

Creating BookMark in MS Word

how to create a bookmark, do the following:

1.  Locate the PC cursor where you want the bookmark;

2.  Press Alt plus I (for insert) followed by K (for bookmark);

3. Just type in the bookmark name (Note that you cannot use spaces.

Instead, either used mixed case or separate words with an underscore

character);

4. To exit the bookmark dialog quickly, just press Alt plus A.

When you want to return to the bookmark, just press Alt plus I again,

navigate to the bookmark name, and press Alt plus G followed by the

escape key.

This will place you right on the bookmarked location.

2007-12-20 Thread David Griffith
In Word 2003 press Alt + I then press K to open the bookmark dialogue.
After entering your bookmark you can use the same key combination to go to
bookmarks you have created.

This may work in Word 2007 - I am not sure.

Remember that when naming your bookmarks in Word you cannot use spaces.

 Creating BookMark in MS Word

 how to create a bookmark, do the following:

 1.  Locate the PC cursor where you want the bookmark;

 2.  Press Alt plus I (for insert) followed by K (for bookmark);

 3. Just type in the bookmark name (Note that you cannot use spaces.

 Instead, either used mixed case or separate words with an underscore

 character);

 4. To exit the bookmark dialog quickly, just press Alt plus A.

 When you want to return to the bookmark, just press Alt plus I again,

 navigate to the bookmark name, and press Alt plus G followed by the

 escape key.

 This will place you right on the bookmarked location.

Nothing really. C:\ is the drive name, that you may in the past have typed
into the run box. The run box usually will have several items in it, until
you clear the history when it will empty again, waiting for your next run

 Nothing really. C:\ is the drive name, that you may in the past have
 typed
 into the run box. The run box usually will have several items in it,
 until
 you clear the history when it will empty again, waiting for your next run
 pleasure.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Jaws 9 and the run dialog box in Win xp

I have in line auto complete turned on but I have noticed in Jaws 9 as
 I
start typing a web address in the run dialog box, that jaws doesn’t
automatically read the change in the text. But in Jaws 8 the text was
   read
as it was changing. I would appreciate some feed back on this as I
 don’t
have another system to try it on so I don’t know if it’s just the
   behavior
of Jaws 9 or my system

Thanks in advance
