I'm using latest JAWS 10 and Windows Live Mail under Windows 7. It appears
that when I create a new message, it ends up blank. This only seems to
happen if a signature exists. If I reply, forward, or remove the signature,

I just looked up the instructions for this and I think this will help.
1. Go to Tools and Internet Options.
2. Press control plus tab until you find the Content Page.
3. Tab until you find the two options for autocompleting personal
information. In this case, you will want to press enter on the
