I am using JAWS 14 on a Windows 7 machine with Office 2010. Yesterday I updated my computer to I.E.10 which required me to update my operating system along with all the various Microsoft updates that I did not know I needed until I started this process. I am finding that JAWS is not reading in the following situations: . When in Outlook I can use the down arrow to move down through the items in the list of the Inbox and other folders, and JAWS reads just fine. When I use the up arrow, JAWS will not read, nor does it appear to me that I am even able to move up in the list. . When in an e-mail message I cannot use the up arrow to move back in the message to review what I wrote. . When on a web page I can use the down arrow and tab key to move forward/down on the page, but I cannot move up/back using the up arrow or Shift+Tab. . In a Word doc I can again move down and hear JAWS read each line, but again cannot move up. While writing this message, I have found that I can use the right and left arrows and Control with right and left arrows to move around, and Control+home to get to the beginning of the message.
