With all the laptops I work on and have laying around here. The FN key has only ben used with the F1 to F12 keys. Some laptops will let you change this in the BIOS or within special settings through brand named software of the laptop. So the F1 to F12 act as they should normally. Never heard

Hi Flor, You'll need sighted assistance for this, but you can fix this function in the BIOS screen of your computer. When the computer is booting up, you'll notice a message scroll across the screen that says press this key to enter set-up. It can range from F2 to F11, or even the left shift
