Ever since I installed Jaws version 16 using the Amazon web site has become a
challenge. The accessible site is better than the regular site. I can count on

I believe the icon is installed by a Windows update. So if you don't have
Windows update set to automatic it may not have been installed and you will

Not sure of the key sequence you are using to change the font but I do know
you have to select the entire document, (Cntrl A) first. Tom

Running Win 10, Jaws 17. When I press insert F 11 I get the message: “failed to
obtain the list of task tray icons” This jus started today. Have made no
changes. When I booted up got a message “window out,yes no?”
Searched the screen with Jaws cursor and tab key, could find nothing else so
