The only way for me to get focus back and navigate the window Im in is to tab/shift+tab or control+tab/control+shift+tab. I have noticed this issue in earlier versions of Jaws 18/ 17, etc. Also in Outlook 2010. Im not entireley sure, but it feels like its happening more often with Outlook 2016. It could be though that this is the program I use the most throughout the day and thus deal with this focus issue more often because of it. Is anyone else dealing with this problem and do they perhaps have a fix for it that Im maybe not aware of? That or is it another one of those Jaws buggy issues? I do encounter this problem on two separate machines. A Dell desktop and HP laptop. So Im pretty certain its not a system specific issue. Thanks. When I start losing focus this is what I do I go to my desktop, and put the mouse curser in the upper left-hand corner, and that helps.
