I've often wondered what the equivalent of threads to actual users and have
seen various figures but
is this about right ? 10 threads to 100-200 actual users ?

I don't know what wrong I am doing. I have changed the proxy settings of my
browser to my host machine and I add the proxy server element to the
workbench and say start and then start browsing but nth gets recorded. AM I
