I would like to point out a bug in jmol version 13.0.8 and also the
latest version 13.2.0 when used to
load a nwchem output file.

set undo says is affects the undo/redo buttons on the ... applet
console, but I don't see those buttons on either the signed or
unsigned applet consoles. (I see them in the application Console.)
Should mention of the applet be deleted for set undo?

Ah, that is the biggest issue.
Running Java applets from local disk is getting more and more difficult
--even impossible.
Either you use signed applet or you install a local webserver and see the

does JMol support cube files containing many orbitals? If it does, how
can one pick the right isosurface..?
For now I've used the following commands for a cube file only
containing a single orbital
load orb.cube
isosurface pos 0.02 orb.cube color blue
isosurface neg -0.02 orb.cube color
