Hi Jaime It's always been like that by default, but I think there is an option: set fontscaling on although it is a little tricky to get it working when there is zoom between two applications of labels. [Jmol-users] JSmol labels on zoom
There’s not a proportional change of size of Labels when zooming a model on JSmol 14.9.1 (and maybe on other versions), both on zooming initiated by script and by interactive mouse driven. Labels remain with the original font size despite the change in size of the model. Is there a way to control this?
