Hi, jOpenDocument is hosted on a shared hosting managed by OVH (the biggest hosting provider in France), no firewall are configured for blocking NZ user. I think that your IP is blacklisted by OVH, or that your ISP is blocking our host. Sadly, we have no control over it!
