I have no idea how the relevant code really should work, but ATM I think it
is broken by design. It seems it tries to check combinations of two tags,
but in the way it is implemented it totally fails in case only the first tag

I just noticed that oneway=-1 inflicts on the direction arrows: they
don't display the direction of the way but those of the oneway unless
selected (in only interesting direction hints-mode). If you select
