How feasible it is to rename a validator rule in https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Rules ? Last month we had an issue here in Brazil, where an user enabled the rules from Portugal and started to wrongly validate and modify data. Most probably the word "Português" caused this, since it can be
