clear your cookies and check if there is any difference?

Hmmm... I cannot reproduce it anymore. FF 3.0.1, OSX.
Did you empty the browser cache with shift-reload so that you didn't
get the old JS file?
Gah, you're right, the cache once again. I had cleared the cookies but
forgotten the cache. Tested again, it works now! Sorry :-)

I just had a look at this and think that you're experiencing the bug
documented in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSPWIKI-368
On jspwiki.org, this bug leads to the oddity that all pages which are
opened via the URL http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/* don't contain the
section edit
