svn directory structure

Hi, I just checked out the jspwiki 2.6.3 code from svn. I used this dir here: http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/jspwiki/tags/jspwiki_2_6_3/ I am surprised to see that this directory contains the subdir:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/jspwiki/tags/jspwiki_2_6_3/JSPWIKI_2_6_BRANCH/ which appears to again contain a complete copy of jspwiki. Looks like something is a bit screwed up here...and given that you check in binary libs into svn (ecch) this *really* makes the checkout
