Mark,
Do I deduce correctly that you're already in touch with the organisers about
this? (ik neem dus aan dat je reeds in contact bent geweest met de
organisatie, of?)

make it a little easier to plug in the libgcj verifier, JustICE, or
whatever else in the future.
I'm completely for modularity ! :) Go ahead.
+1
It's a good idea both from the modularity and from the licensing point of
view.

different CPU at runtime, and of course you can function pretty well without
having one at all. So the Classpath exception works pretty well.

Otherwise, just go with good ol' AWT 1.1.x, for values of x close to 7.

P.S.,
There's a good discussion of various types of monitor implementation at
http://www.cse.mrt.ac.lk/lecnotes/semester/level4/cp/papers/chandanaandnilan.pdf.
Almost all of the monitors they describe would be valid implementations of
the Java wait/notify construct.
Enjoy,
Chris

Any accomodation tips anybody? I don't know Saarbruecken, and I guess it's
best if we can all stay in the same kind of area ...
I'm planning to arrive Monday evening and leave Wednesday afternoon.

For a project I'm working on currently it could be interesting to either
convert the current Wonka implementation to JNI or switch to rxtx. Has anyone
