Hi, I'm not disappearing, but I think for things to move on, the project needs to explicitly say this code is now end of line and something new will replace it, but don't worry, it *is* maintained, looked after and used. I think that's the key rationale. A project that doesn't state well

Michael, I'd like to thank you for the inspiration you provided for projects of my own. Without Kamelia/Axon I would never have started Dendrite and never obtained pretty extensive experience in multicore, lockfree programming. That it is in maintenance mode is a credit to your vision.
