Confirmed duplicate. `rm -r ~/.cache/*plasma*` and then restart plasmashell
with `kquitapp5 plasmashell ; kstart5 plasmashell` solved the issue.

I'm pretty sure that "compose:caps" is contradictory with "caps:none" or
