My shortcuts are still broken. I can 'killall kglobalaccel5' to make them work.

Another shortcut, Alt+R (resets rotation) is still working. Not all Alt+* are

I also still experiencing this issue as of KDE Plasma 5.12.5. The gap is now
even larger, I've measured it at 5 pixels.
