According to the bookmarks menu, it appears as edit bookmarks (translated from
catalan), perhaps it was used in the same way in the toolbar button (edit

I tried to reproduce the issue Today and couldn't (I upgraded from 16.08.3 to
16.12 again). So it might be a packaging issue that got somehow fixed, perhaps?

It doesn't work properly for me yet in KDE neon user edition (it might be fixed
in dev edition though).
So far best way I can get a nice display is by forcing the font dpi.
