I tried the refocus tool, but I did not find any adjustment which made
the picture better.

I made an update to DigiKam 7.7.0. Now this point works. Gimp is
started. But then I get this Message:

Hi Maik, thank you for the prompt advices.
I did as you discribed in Comment #3.
It did not make any improvement. The filetype is still "gimp" and it's
impossible to change.
