Kdenlive's sources dropdown after selecting a different source a few times

SUMMARY
When selecting a different source on an application, sometimes Discover will
slightly hang, and then when everything appears normal, the sources option has
duplicates. This can happen in sequence, and seemingly resets after closing and
restarting Discover.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE & OBSERVED RESULT
1. Open Discover and select an app (I personally experienced this with
Kdenlive).
2. Select sources; none of them will be selected, and the top one's radio
button will seem slightly deformed.
3. Select the ubuntu-jammy source. Discover will hang.
4. Select sources again: there are duplicate ubuntu-jammy and flatpak sources.
5. Select the flatpak source. Discover will hang.
6. Select sources again: there are another set of duplicate ubuntu-jammy and
flatpak sources, and a new snap duplicate.
7. Select *one of* the ubuntu-jammy sources. I say "one of" because some will
do nothing, but there is one that will duplicate everything again.
8. Continue. On every refresh of the sources, there will be one source that
triggers a duplication.

EXPECTED RESULT
The source simply changes
