Hello, Neochat can't be opened if it's set to minimize to tray at startup. I
can reproduce it on KaOS and Neon Unstable

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Neochat
2. Go in the settings and enable "minimize in system tray at startup"
3. Close and restart Neochat
OBSERVED RESULT
Double clicking on the system tray doesn't open neochat
EXPECTED RESULT
It should be opened
