When trying to create a screenshot with Spectacle with the "rectangular area"
mode, the cursor to create a rectangular area - or a "cross hair" - is nearly
impossible to see the cursor, and the dimmed background certainly wouldn't help
either.
This can create issue when trying to create a screenshot, and this is probably
an a11y issue as well.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open spectacle.
2. Choose "rectangular area" mode.
3. "New screenshot".
Actual Results:
The "cross hair" cursor is not quite visible.
Expected Results:
The "cross hair" should be clear to see.
