You open a terminal (like konsole), then type in spectacle and hit the
ENTER/Return key, this will launch spectacle.
Then copy what comes out, once you have reproduced the issue.

I changed the compositor to Xrender and Spectacle worked. It doesn't work if it
is on OpenGL 2.0 or 3.1, Spectacle gets stuck. Do you see any reason for this?

No. It is a Lenovo laptop.
By the way, I tested the matter by installing Flameshot, and it also has the
same problem. So, could be problem of Endeavour/Arch system with KDE Plasma.
