SUMMARY
When I try to use "Rectangular Region" no frame is drawing when I drag mouse,
but region is selected because when I press Enter I get some region.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click button "Rectangular Region"
2. Try to select any region by holding left mouse button and drag its cursor
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
no frame is drawing, but region is selected
EXPECTED RESULT
frame should be drawing when I hold left mouse button and drag its cursor
