There is a well-known, cross-desktop mount option to hide file systems,
x-gvfs-hidden.
Docker should set it if the FS is not meant as a user-accessible storage.

Same problem here. Additionally, Dolphin sometimes hangs or reacts very very
slow, not sure if it's related.
